The night hadn’t started well for they couldn’t find an available table in a nightclub on Princesse Street, Polanski told journalists at the time. So they decided to see Playtime by Jacques Tati. As they were waiting outside the movie theater, three Spaniards started harassing Sharon, who was wearing a mini-skirt. Polanski thought that enough is enough and punched one of them. The guy fought back and, unfortunately for Polanski, he was wearing a diamond ring. Roman was attended by a physician who was near and ended up watching the movie. Among the celebrated guests at her party were the guest of honor Mia Farrow, who stars in Baby, Roman Polanski who did the film for her, Peter Sellers, and some of the most celebrated members of Europe's pop society.
